We grant you a period of 48 hours from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products.
RETURN / EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:
- We offer returns only if you receive the defective / wrong item. Return request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the items with relevant images attached for verification.
- Customer can exchange the order within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any customized or personalized items.
- For Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account with in 7 to 10 working days after the product is picked up and received by our team
- We reserve the right not to accept return / exchange of products which – we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or, are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
- We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us video/images at email@example.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
- Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners So in case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
- All returns and exchanges initiated because of any reason other than damaged/wrong products shipped by us, will have to be returned and shipped by you or you can pay a Rs.100 for us to arrange a pickup and delivery, Parey Trendz will not bare the return charges.

- Note. During exchange of any product a reverse shipping cost of Rs.150/- will be charged at the time of delivery of the exchanged product.
CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:
- If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will call you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.
- Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.
- Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
REFUND – Terms and Conditions:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be initiated from our end. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Refund will be rejected incase: – Items received with missing/broken tags or Items are used/worn.
- For Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account within 5 to 10 working days. In this case the returned charges will be bared by Parey Trendz.
- Note if you want to go for return of the product, and the reason is other than the damaged / wrong product delivery , you need to pay ₹100/- for return charges
